The Bonsai and Suiseki Alliance of the Philippines, Inc. (BSAPI) will be hosting the 2023 Bonsai Exibit of the Convention of Bonsai Club International here in Vigan City on 25-29 April 2023 at the Vigan Convention Center.

Related to this, the BSAPI Team led by Director Susan Lee met with Governor Jerry Singson, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya to coordinate the details of the event.
