Dubbed as “THE JOURNEY, First 100 days of Governor Jerry Singson” the Governor reported to the people of Ilocos Sur on his accomplishments from Day 1 until his 100 days in service as the father of the province.

As he promised, the Governor together with the PCI Innovations Tech Center, Inc. signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the children towards Early Childhood Development. Another is the Memorandum of Understanding for the Community Web Portal Development between PGIS and PISOPAY.COM Inc.

The future of Ilocos Sur was also unveiled during the event: the One Ilocos Sur Welcome Arc, the One Ilocos Sur Dancing Fountain, the One Ilocos Sur Community Assistance and the One Ilocos Sur Residence.

“Let us therefore do what is right for the people of Ilocos Sur”, said Governor Jerry during his speech.
