The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson started its 3-day budget deliberations for its 2023 Local Expenditure Program focusing to attain the economic and social goals of the province.
This 27 September 2022, the Governor attended to the budget proposals of the Vice Governor’s Office and the different Offices of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members.
