The 702nd Brigade presented a token for the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur as a sign of gratitude for the solid partnership of the PGIS and the Philippine Army in bringing sustainable peace and development in Ilocos Region.

The said recognition was accepted by SBM Ericson Singson being the representative of the Governor during the 34th Founding Anniversary of the 702nd Infantry (Defender) Brigade at Brgy. Bugbuga, Sta Cruz, Ilocos Sur last September 16, 2022.
