The Department of Agriculture Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources RFO1 conducted a Fishery Industry Forum at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood and Development Center to give updates regarding their projects, programs and services for the fisherfolks of Ilocos Sur.
