Governor Jerry Singson met with Provincial Sports Coordinator Ryan Vera Cruz, Sports Specialist Edwin Llanes and other Provincial Sports Development Office staff to tackle with the 1st Ilocos Sur Martial Arts Festival. The said festival is composed of Sports/Event like Arnis, Taekwondo, Karate Do and Pencak Silat. The 1st Ilocos Sur Martial Arts Festival will be held on October 15-16 at People’s Coliseum, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur aimed to create avenue for the local athletes to showcase their skills and abilities through developmental and grassroots programs.
