The Department of Social Welfare and Development – Provincial Operations Office headed by Social Welfare and Development Team Leader Ms. Ryleen Gadong met with Governor Jerry Singson. She presented various programs and services of the office, among others, the Anti Poverty Reduction Program or the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), and Financial Assistance – Assistance for Individual in Crisis Situation Program.
